Founded and established as a private Limited Company in 1998, Abyssinian Flight Services commenced charter air operation in April 1999 with a lease-purchased Cessna Caravan Turbo Prop aircraft. We have been flying for the United Nations under contract in response to the 1999-2001 Ethiopian drought crisis. We can fly you to all corners of Ethiopia and there is no other operator that can match or rival this scope of reliable service in the country.

With demand for less capacity and the need to get in and out of smaller unimproved airstrips, we added our six-seater Turbo charged Cessna C-206 aircraft to the fleet two years later.
